This past weekend some notable IKJK artists attended the Comics 101 event at the Silent Barn in Queens, NY. Colleen Frakes and Jon Chad hosted a cartooning workshop and Mario van Buren, Caitlin Plovnick, Ross Studlar, Emily Wieja and others attended a basement book-signing. All in all it was a good time and a fun reunion!

CCS Pioneers reunion!!

We’ve just added books to the site by the amazing Ross Studlar so be sure to check those out, his new book The Raven and the Crayfish is great! Also, Colleen Frakes has just released Color Comics, a cool new collection of reprinted material from BASH! Magazine, Myspace Dark Horse Presents and Seven Days.
